Richard and Joyce Miller have packed up 44 years of memories and moved into the first stage of a new $60 million retirement village in Woodcroft.
They are among the first baby boomer retirees to put a roof over their heads at The Reserve Lifestyle Village, on the corner of Pimpala Rd and Sir James Hardy Way.
